Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about how mobile dog grooming works, how we price, and how to book.
Booking & Scheduling
Fill out the form on our contact page or call us directly. We'll ask a few quick questions about your dog's size, breed, and coat, give you an exact quote, and schedule a time that works for you. We typically book 1–2 weeks out, with occasional same-day openings.
For most dogs, every 6–8 weeks is ideal. Longer-coated breeds (doodles, poodles, shih tzus) often benefit from every 4–6 weeks. Nail trims can be done more frequently — some clients book those every 3–4 weeks.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a $25 fee. We understand life happens — if something urgent comes up, just call us directly.
Pricing
Pricing depends on your dog's size and coat condition. A nail trim starts at $25. A bath & brush runs $55–$120. A full groom ranges from $85–$175. Add-ons like teeth brushing, blueberry facial, or flea treatment cost extra. We give you an exact quote before your first appointment — no surprises.
We offer a standing appointment discount for clients who book recurring monthly or bi-monthly appointments. First-time clients can sometimes access a new client rate — just ask when you call.
How It Works
We drive a fully equipped grooming van to your home or driveway. Your dog gets groomed right there — no drop-off, no waiting in a kennel, no other dogs. We bring all the water, electricity, shampoos, and tools we need. The whole process happens outside your front door.
Yes. We ask that an adult be present or at least available by phone during the appointment. You don't have to watch the whole thing, but we want someone nearby in case we have questions or if your dog needs a break.
A full groom includes a bath with breed-appropriate shampoo, blow dry, full haircut or trim, nail trim, ear cleaning, and teeth brushing. The exact services vary slightly by breed and coat type.

Just make sure your dog has had a chance to use the bathroom before we arrive. We handle everything else — water, power, tools, shampoo. A flat driveway or open parking spot is helpful but not required.
